Pamela is based in Houston, Texas. She is active in the Houston/Austin Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers and ASA's Appraisal Review and Management discipline committee. She accepts assignments from all over the country, specializing in litigation support, appraisal review, and managing multi-faceted large appraisal assignments. Pamela oversees all work performed by associates.

LOS ANGELES: DAVID BENSOUSSAN
David grew up in France and California and has visited over 50 countries, giving him an international perspective. In 2000 he graduated from University of California Santa Barbara, and then obtained an MA in Political Science from UC Irvine. In the past 20 years he launched several successful business ventures including a property fund dedicated to housing low-income people and nonprofit organizations. He is fluent in English and French with a working knowledge of Spanish. A Los Angeles resident David supports various causes helping people at risk of homelessness. His areas of expertise and interest include real estate investment, stocks, crypto currencies, Oriental rugs and African art.
LOS ANGELES: SCOTTIE LEUNG
Scottie was born and raised in Hong Kong, where she studied art at the Hong Kong First Institute of Art and Design. She spent her early adulthood traveling around Europe and Australia. She relocated to Los Angeles in 2015 where she spent five years as an executive assistant in the real estate investment and asset management industry. Scottie’s professional interests include designer fashion, contemporary art, and Asian art. She is also an aspiring artist. Scottie is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
